Thank you to all our friends who completed the Petition for Life this year

This year we got just shy of 7,000 names.  It’s not enough, but it’s a start. Next year we are going to re-post the petition on January 1, 2013 and run it through April 30, 2013, with the goal of one day having 100,000 Canadians sign the petition in one year. This year’s operation was a two person affair and we know we need to make some changes and smooth out some wrinkles next year, with both technical and communication issues.  Brad Trost MP for Saskatoon-Humboldt has committed to recruit a team of volunteers to coordinate the project next year, so that we can better to communicate with pro-lifers across Canada.  We will try to re-contact everyone on the list next January to re-sign the list.  The names we currently have will be given to Stephen Woodworth to encourage him and his motion in the House of Commons.
